Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Rakesh Traders does with the information you give us on this website. We have tried to write it plainly rather than in legal language.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, mobile number, and optionally your email address and message. We also record the page you sent it from, your IP address and browser, which we use to block spam.

When you tap Call or WhatsApp: we count the tap. We record the date, which button, and which page — as a daily total only. We do not record who tapped it, and we cannot see your phone number from a tap.

We do not collect anything else. There is no account to create, no password, no payment on this site, and no newsletter sign-up.

Cookies

This site sets three cookies, and none of them track you across the web:

• rt_session — keeps your form secure against forgery. Expires when you close the browser.
• rt_lang — remembers whether you chose English or Hindi. Expires after a year.
• rt_theme — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. Stored in your browser only; it is never sent to us.

What we do with it

We use your enquiry to call you back and quote you a rate. That is all. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with anyone outside our business, and we do not send marketing messages to people who only asked for a price.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for our own records afterwards. If you want yours deleted, call or email us and we will remove it.
